My family has called Saratoga home for 22+ years. Both of my two sons attended and graduated from Redwood Middle School and Saratoga High School. My younger son also attended elementary school here at Saratoga.

I grew up in China and came to the United States in the 1980s. I attended Indiana University-Bloomington for graduate school and became a lifetime “Hoosiers” fan. We went to the last Rose Bowl game in LA to watch Indiana played and beat mighty Alabama, before they were on their way to a perfect 16-0 season and won their first National Championships in football.

Our family love nature and the beautiful America. My husband and I have visited 57 of the 63 all National Parks. I am passionate about California parks and open space.

I enjoy gardening and growing vegetables at home.
