Ping started her second term in the Planning Commission and was elected as Chair this year.
At Parks & Recreation Commission, Ping initiated ‘Let’s Work, Saratoga!’ program to clean up parks and remove invasive plant species.
Saratoga has a rich and interesting history. Ping volunteered at the Saratoga Historical Foundation for many years to preserve our heritage and to educate public about our unique city.
Ping became a docent naturalist in 2018 at Midpeninsula Regional Open Space district. She leads interpretive hikes to foster a deeper appreciation and enjoyment of nature.
